Grand Sahid Jaya

The hotel has been great - I have stayed for 3 weeks, because it is very well located in relation to the office where I worked. The room is nice and large, same goes for the desk. A little hick-up with the bathroom was promptly fixed. The best about the hotel is the incredibly friendly staff, starting at the reception (Ms. Tiwit, but also her colleagues), to everyone I met on corridors or facilities, and not least the room cleaning man - super friendly and polite, always generous, and helpful with any request I had. The pool is nice.

The front desk staff were excellent. The location very convenience..

I like the breakfast menu, and also smart TV in the room.

Location is strategic but hotel is old...needed some upgrade attention
